Sally Bradley

President

Sally Bradley joined the board of Interchange Inner East in August 2017.

Sally has over 20 years’ experience across the financial services and energy industries in a variety of strategic, advisory and operational roles.  She has advised on strategy, risk and compliance management at Board level in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.


Janine Wan

Co Vice President

Janine is happily married with two daughters, one of whom has been participating in Interchange Inner East programs for over ten years.

Janine has served on many committees for various community organisations and is a parent representative on the IIE Board.


Marco Kohne

Treasurer

“Marco is an executive in the financial services industry and has experience in managing large customer service operations and finance teams. His passion is driving operational excellence and improving customer experience.

Marco has held several senior positions in Ernst & Young globally. For the last eleven years of his career, he has worked at ANZ bank, firstly as Head of Finance for the Wealth Division and currently in a leadership role with the Customer Service Operations area of the bank.

Marco also holds a Board position with Way Forward Debt Solutions. This organisation provides a free service to people who need support to meet their debt repayments and return them to financial stability”.


Jocelyn Geary

Secretary

Jocelyn Geary joined the board of Interchange Inner East in 2012. Jocelyn Geary is passionate about social justice, equity, and human rights. Her career has spanned both the corporate and NFP sectors, and she is motivated to achieve social impact through effective partnerships. Jocelyn has an interest in making sure that people with disability have options in what activities they participate in and that they value their experiences, and that high-quality respite solutions are available to families to help them remain rested and resilient.

Jocelyn is qualified with a BASc (Hons) and a GradCert in Social Investment and Philanthropy and has volunteered in governance roles at IIE and other NFP’s since 2009.


Eric Lassen


Eric joined the Board of IIE in 2015. Trained in the U.S. as a corporate attorney he has held many senior legal positions and currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel of Live Nation Entertainment.

Since 2007, Eric has served as a director and President of the House of Blues Music Forward Foundation, a nonprofit that serves under-privileged youth by using music as the bridge to success.

Eric was admitted to practice law in Victoria in 2014 and is very pleased to be involved with an organization of IIE’s impact and caliber. He moved to Australia in 2005 and lives in Melbourne’s inner-east with his wife and two children.


Geoff Schomburgk


Geoff is a strategy consultant and senior leader with over 20 years experience in the global information technology and telecommunications industry.

He has extensive experience in strategy development and execution, transformation and change programs, business development, partnerships, major project governance as well as management of large professional services teams.

Geoff is qualified with B.E. (Hons) and M.B.A. and specific strategy qualifications. He has provided Board related advice and assistance to a range of organizations and not-for-profits.


Michelle Corby


Michelle and her husband Nicholas have two boys. Their youngest son  Blake, is 17 years old, deaf and has severe cerebral palsy. He uses a wheelchair to get around and has a communication device to talk and loves to socialise. He currently attends Belmore School but is taking the big leap into post school options next year!

Michelle’s background is in general nursing management, midwifery, medical sales and personnel recruitment for the healthcare industry. Currently, she works in sales administration assisting her husband Nicholas who is a real estate agent with Collins Simms. Michelle has been on a number of school councils in the past.

She is passionate to help support children and their families lead a fulfilling and satisfying life and reach their potential. With the NDIS she sees the potential to improve the world for our families. “It is time to get involved and make the world how we want it to be.”


Dimi Boubalas


Dimi is an experienced business transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.  She has a strong track record of delivering complex business change in the insurance sector with strengths in governance, critical thinking, and finance.

Dimi is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant with Bachelor of Economics and Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment.  She is pleased to be able to use her skills in the not-for-profit sector and Interchange Inner East.
