Your generous donations are a tremendous help in providing valuable services and programs to enable children, youth and adults with disabilities, to achieve their goals. One-off or regular donations will assist people living with disabilities to connect with their community, increase confidence and achieve their goals.

Workplace Giving Program

Partner with Interchange through regular weekly or monthly employee donations, matched by your employer, we could work together to maintain long term programs that make a significant difference in the lives of people with a disability. Make a positive and lasting change that reflects the values and principles that is important to you. Your gift, however big or small, is greatly valued and would significantly assist people living with a disability.

Interchange Inner East is a charitable institution with Deductible Gift Recipient status (DGR). Donations of $2.00 or more are tax deductible.

Donations – Music In Me

Your generous donations will fund our Music In Me program to build a community of confident, purposeful lifelong learners through the transformative power of music through creating a safe, stimulating learning environment by delivering a service that is meaningful and individualized.

Music In Me is Melbourne’s first, all abilities capacity building music program created to encourage our participants to recognize and truly connect with their inner abilities to communicate, express and to explore creativity through the power of music. Our diverse methods in delivering exciting, innovative and engaging structured programs will take our participants on an exploring journey, challenging them and then unleashing their inner abilities to a wide community.

Our three programs are called Knowing Me, Knowing You (Beginning level), Beat It (Consolidating level) & High Voltage our (Establishing level).

Our three different model types are specific programs to build our participants skills within their interests and level of capabilities. Through consistent and practical practice, each program will allow each participant to develop their skills, reach individual capacities then showcase learned skills to a wide community.

Why we need your support

Interchange Inner East benefits from the support of the community to continue it’s programs. A portion of Interchange Inner East’s funding comes from community donations, fundraising, grants and bequests. With your support, the care provided for over 300 families per year would be optimised.
