Interchange Inner East provides flexible respite support services and recreational opportunities, which are responsive to the needs of families and their children/young adults with disabilities.
As a not for profit, incorporated organisation we rely on our memberships to help support our programs. We invite you to become a member or renew your membership for the current Financial Year.
As we face the exciting opportunities and challenges that the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) presents in the near future, we are seeking meaningful and ongoing interaction with our families and their supporters. We seek to continue to offer enhanced services and more choice and options for recreation and respite in ways that will ensure that the support needs of our participants and families are better met.
To do this Interchange needs YOU. Please consider joining us as a member so that you can be instrumental in helping shape the next chapter of Interchange’s history.
If you would like to make an additional donation to IIE, beyond your membership fees, please be assured that this money will go directly to ensuring that children/young adults of families experiencing financial disadvantage will be enabled to participate in more programs of their choice. These funds will be used to target and include more children with complex support needs as we can then afford to increase the ‘staff to participant’ ratios for professional support to enable their increased participation in activities in their home, at our centre or in the community.
